Server

Duties:
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
– Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
– Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
– Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
– Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
– Assist with setting up tables and preparing for service
– Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Skills:
– Experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred
– Strong guest relations and guest services skills
– Excellent hospitality skills, including a friendly and outgoing personality
– Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
– Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
– Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
