Server/Waiter/Waitress Job 2024

Overview: We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team at a bustling restaurant. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Duties: – Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner – Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently – Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy – Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries about menu items – Upsell additional products when appropriate – Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service – Process payments using POS systems or cash registers – Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas – Handle guest relations with tact and professionalism Qualifications: – Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required – Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously – Familiarity with POS systems, OpenTable, or similar reservation platforms is a plus – Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculations – Ability to engage in upselling techniques effectively – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions – Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join our team as a Server and be part of a dynamic restaurant environment where your skills are valued and developed.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
