The Goldton at Venice is hiring for multiple Servers/Bartenders! Day and Evening openings!
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
– Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
– Maintain a clean and organized bar are
– Upsell and promote drink specials or featured items
– Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
– Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
– Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of banquet or catering services is a plus
– Strong time management skills to ensure timely service to customers
