We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support critical business processes.
Duties
– Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
– Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP web services
– Create and maintain technical documentation
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow development
Qualifications
– Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow development
– Experience with CI/CD processes for ServiceNow deployments
– Knowledge of NoSQL databases for data storage within ServiceNow
– Familiarity with Shell Scripting for automation tasks
– Understanding of system hardening principles to enhance security
– Nice-to-have skills include C++, Meraki, WDS, vaticinate, Threat intelligence
