**Responsibilities**
– Teach and instruct students in a variety of academic and extracurricular programs, both in-person and online
– Plan, prepare, and execute engaging lesson plans and activities that align with the program’s goals and objectives
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
– Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and making recommendations for improvement
– Participate in curriculum development and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our educational programs
– Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience
**Experience**
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, a related field, or a degree from an accredited university
– Proven experience in a teaching or instructional role, preferably in an educational setting
– Experience working with students of diverse ages, abilities, and backgrounds
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with students, parents, and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
