Responsibilities
The Specialist, Consumer Experience will support our Post Acute care setting in the development of and support of a service recovery program. They will partner with community level Post-Acute leaders to instill a culture of recovering fast and well and using data insights to drive continuous experience improvement. This individual will maintain a forward-looking and proactive approach, anticipating needs and addressing challenges well in advance, and demonstrate developed communication and collaboration skills.
- Provide service and service recovery support to consumers and patients.
- Guide the communication and investigation for complaints and grievances. Document, respond, or escalate in a manner that meets service levels and achieve improved satisfaction.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement service and service recovery initiatives and/or training.
- Participate in committees, work groups and process improvement teams aimed at improving consumer experiences.
- Serve as subject matter expert to address consumer experience insights with key stakeholders and drive action to continuous experience improvement.
Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
- Service Recovery experience in healthcare
- Change management and/or project management
- Strong communication skills, equipped with listening and de-escalation techniques
- Salesforce Experience
