Specialist – Elevated Experience (US) Job 2024 Part Time

Elevate is recruiting a Specialist – Elevated Experience to join our Med Legal team. The Specialist – Elevated Experience is responsible for collaborating with sales, customers, and the service delivery team to create an exceptional customer experience during the casework process. You will work as a member of the operations team supporting the administrative processing of cases while providing support to sales and marketing. Through your collaboration and partnership with the team in support of our customers, you will understand customer needs and preferences to anticipate and exceed their expectations. This is a customer facing position. This position requires a schedule from M-F 9am – 6pm MST (Arizona Time).

Specifically, the Specialist – Elevated Experience will

• Field existing customer calls on new cases, obtaining case information on MLE (Med Legal Ease).
• Inform customers of and otherwise handle conflicts.
• Pair customer cases with appropriate services.
• Communicate estimates, agreements, and outtakes to customers.
• Answer customer questions regarding quotes and estimates.
• Complete post-approval customer engagement and facilitate SME engagement with customers as needed.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding case details and deadlines.
• Follow up on critical missing records on approved services.
• Respond to customer inquiries throughout the life of active cases from post-approval until delivery.
• Complete customer engagement and support following delivery of services and facilitate SME engagement with customers as needed.
• Provide a level of customer attention to retain and increase recurring casework.
• Facilitate end-to-end customer experience for all incoming casework on assigned accounts.

Experience

• 2+ years preferably in an operations department or sales support in a professional environment (legal, advertising, banking) – but will consider other relevant work experience.
• Experience developing close relationships with customers preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but may consider work experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree).

Compensation

• The pay rate for this remote-based job category is $60,000-70,000/year based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location. Anticipated hire will be on the low end of this position range as an entry level associate.
