Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document client requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and Flows.
• Administer and manage the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Create and manage complex workflows, process builder, and Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users, ensuring effective utilization of the platform.
• Perform regular system audits, prepare for upgrades, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending and implementing best practices.
• Operate as a client-facing single point of contact.
• Provide Project Management and Project Reporting in a Consultant capacity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSL.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flows, process builder, and workflow rules.
• Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications are highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and ETL processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is an advantage.
• Strong client-facing customer service and communication.
• Project Management.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other Salesforce products and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
