Job Summary
The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment: Office of Diversity seeks an Inclusion and Diversity Program Coordinator. Duties of this position include implementing tools to enable faculty, staff, and students to integrate the Diversity and Inclusion resources including, but not limited to lead Statewide Jr. MANRRS initiatives in addition to leading K-12 pipeline programs, serve as a UK MANRRS Co-advisor, develop a Quarterly Newsletter and online communication resources via multiple online media platforms. Additional duties include overseeing budget, report creation, account reconciliation, procard, human resources, record retention, and staying up to date on all necessary business procedures by engaging in professional development.
