Description
The Services and Operational Support (SOS) Supervisor, reporting to the SOS Manager, plays a crucial role in supporting all business lines within the department. SOS serves as an essential internal support team for Reimagined Parking, primarily aiding Operations. A successful Supervisor will have a deep understanding of the parking industry.
This is a full-time remote position. The work schedule will be 40 hours weekly during our hours of operation: 6:00am – 5pm Pacific Time / 9:00am – 8pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. You will work holidays on a rotation basis. Compensation $55,000 CAD annually.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision
- Accountable for staff performance, service levels and KPIs.
- Responsible for training, quality assurance and coaching; and all administrative tasks associated with employment including system access forms, time-off requests, notes to file and disciplinary action, etc.
Service Levels
- Comprehensive understanding of our KPIs and SLAs (Service Level Agreement) including handling time, abandonment rate, utilization, and occupancy.
- Always ensure schedule adherence for optimized staffing levels. If necessary, jump in to handle transactions/calls.
- Use of Genesys Software, Jira ticketing system and Microsoft Office for real-time and historical reports.
Coaching & Mentoring
- An integral and critical part of the Supervisor role. Formalized, ongoing and open dialogue can help ensure the success of Services and Operational Support staff. Supervisors should expect to dedicate approximately 25% of every workday to coaching.
Administration and HR
- Ensure completion of system request forms, timesheets, updates according to company deadlines in UKG.
- Manage attendance including timekeeping, schedule adherence, etc. and action as required.
- Conduct disciplinary action as required under the guidance of HR & Management.
Knowledge
Proficiency with Reimagined Parking for the following lines of business and systems preferred:
- Monthly Parking – MPS (Monthly Parking System) Core, PARIS
- App Parking – hangtag, Pay and Park
- IT L1 Support – Monthly and App Parking, Procurement , PayByX
- Basic familiarity of LIS, REEF Cloud and Atlas (Jira Location Database)

- Strong prioritization skills: Excellent skill in prioritizing tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment. Ability to meet ongoing responsibilities even while shifting priorities as new information or situations arise.
- Excellent problem solver: Enjoys applying system and process expertise to get to the root of a problem and apply a solution. Ability to apply solutions to ‘big picture.’
- System & process expertise: A commitment to ongoing learning to become an “Expert” on systems & processes used in our department. Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Exemplary time management skills: The ability to balance unplanned tasks and duties while consistently and successfully meeting regular, ongoing responsibilities and ad-hoc.
- Strong attention to detail & focus on accuracy
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, both orally and written. Excellent literacy.
- Strong leadership skills. A passion for creating employee success through thoughtful and structured coaching & mentoring. Positive, respectful, and enthusiastic.
- Previous leadership experience is an asset
