Position Summary

S/he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and for promoting positive working relationships within the company, among all departments, and all external stakeholders. The Support I role plays a pivotal function in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of the organization’s Patient Management Software. Primarily responsible for delivering exceptional end-user support, this role addresses inquiries, resolves technical issues, and provides invaluable assistance in enhancing the overall user experience. The Support I collaborates closely with project teams, serving as a liaison between team members and functional area management. Additionally, this position involves actively contributing to system performance monitoring, overseeing small to intermediate projects, and coordinating the delivery of new enhancements to users.

Education and/or Experience
Knowledge plus experience with application support and end user support in vendor applications preferred.
