The Talent Acquisition team is growing at Bellin Health System (with Gundersen Health, we are becoming Emplify Health) ! We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our team!
Job Specifics
- Location: Role can be primarily remote, with expectation to be onsite for training, staff meetings, and other needs as they arise. Must reside in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, or Iowa. When onsite, location is 2020 S Webster Ave., Green Bay WI.
- Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week); working 8am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday.
- Additional Information: This position will be hired into the Emplify Health enterprise and receive Gundersen Health System benefits/health plan.

What you will do:
- Partner with talent acquisition specialists and hiring leaders to identify hard to fill roles.
- Implement specialized recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top notch talent.
- Help build our first ever sourcing team!
What you need:
- 3-4 years of recruitment and sourcing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing or related field
- RACR Certification Desired
