The Technical Services Coordinator manages all internal information systems including both hardware and software platforms. This position ensures that all critical systems are functioning and accessible and that the security and integrity of all data is maintained and provides guidance and support for information systems users.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of all information systems; investigate and remediate all information systems issues and complaints
• Coordinate user account management to allow for controlled access to corporate systems including maintaining security compliance for local, remote, and third-party users and documentation of user change requests
• Coordinate requests for changes or updates to system applications or infrastructure; maintain a test environment for testing changes before introduction to the live system
• Report, extract, and merge business data from one or more sources to provide management with visibility of accurate business activities through reports, queries, spreadsheets, etc.
• Maintain the security and integrity of all data including providing backup and recovery capabilities and performing restricted access tasks at the request and supervision of data owners to obtain a higher level of application security and integrity
• Provide guidance and support for information systems users of both internal systems and online services
• Maintain documentation of all information systems activities and changes for IT audit purposes
• Special projects as directed by Management
• Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

• Advanced computer and networking skills including knowledge of networking protocols and database management utilities
• Significant experience with a variety of hardware and software platforms including all supported Windows platforms, Cisco Network
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various personal computers, printers, peripherals, and other standard office equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft server and workstation operating systems
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail

Experience

• Must have 5+ years previous Information Systems management experience utilizing current technologies
