The Jack Henry Visa/MasterCard Card Services team is seeking a Debit/Credit Card Technical Support Representative to join our team.

This position can be filled to work remote from within the U.S.

• Manage Visa/MasterCard dispute caseload and perform chargebacks and monitor case status as appropriate.
• Works on non-complex to moderately complex projects and exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices.
• Monitors incoming cases and emails and resolves in accordance with Service Level Standards (SLS). Uses available support tools to assist the customer and/or recreate the issue.
• Participates in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
• Process disputes according to the Network Rules and Regulations with minimum error.
• Process cardholder claims within Reg E and Z timeframes.
• Work in a team environment with shared objectives.
• Assist with cardholder calls when necessary.
• Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.

• Must have at least 2 years work experience in a financial institution with debit/credit card dispute processing.

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree
• General knowledge of the financial industry, as it relates to banks and credit unions.
