Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and creativity, along with the ability to assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations effectively.

Duties:
– Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute menu items
– Oversee kitchen staff and ensure quality and consistency in food preparation
– Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
– Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Experience:
– Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
– Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
– Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide kitchen staff
– Excellent communication and organizational abilities
