Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
– Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
– Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
– Adhere to all health and safety regulations
– Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
– Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
– Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area

Skills:
– Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing
– Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
– Exceptional guest relations skills
– Culinary background or knowledge is a plus
– Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
